THE TASTING PROGRAMME

The tasting programme covers the five whisky regions of Scotland — Highlands, Lowlands, Speyside, Islay, and Campbeltown — with representative expressions from each. The guides are knowledgeable, passionate, and excellent at explaining the differences between regional styles without being condescending.

THE AMBER RESTAURANT

The Amber Restaurant in the Scotch Whisky Experience serves Scottish cuisine paired with whisky — a tasting menu built around local ingredients, with each course matched to a different Scotch. The haggis with Islay whisky is extraordinary.
